This 3-hour workshop will take an in-depth look at the legal issues related to blogging and social media – particularly copyright, fair use, and the federal rules that apply to promotions and reviews. We will also discuss the First Amendment, privacy, trademark, and the rules of thumb the lawyer uses in regards to her online activities.
The goal of this workshop is to provide real-world explanations of legal issues with tips and practical tools in the realm of blogging, vlogging, and social media with significant time dedicated to discussing questions from the audience.
