Her company philosophy is to end the transactions in businesses and to build long-lasting, loyal relationships between company and consumer. Katie started CR Conversations in 2013 and gained experience in communication and customer retention through her insurance background of 6 years. Katie bases her work and company values on the statistic that 68% of customers that leave, leave because they never felt appreciated and is out to change that statistic through training communication skills, follow-up strategies and customer retention plans.
